Hello,

Quanasia Ariana Burton is an upcoming actor, who is willing to express her emotions through her body movements and gestures. She believes that if an individual strives for what they believe in there shouldn't be any excuse stopping them from overcoming their dream.

In 2021 Quanasia decided to proceed her education at Savannah State University to further her future on becoming an actress. She would be seen in the production "The Color Purple," that would be done being filmed in 2023. She was also in a play called "Ida B.N The Lynching Tree." In "Ida B.N The Lynching Tree," she played multiple characters; Eugenia, Miss Lyle, and Willa Mae, which was successfully executed. She prides herself as being a diverse individual that is able to embody more than one role. Quanasia Burton is now a sophomore in college.She is a brilliant intelligent young lady with class and sass who cannot wait to see what the future holds for her. She plans to receive more opportunities her way, which would allow exposure for her and her future.

Barbizon

From 2014-2015 Quanasia Burton joined The School Of Barbizon in Hawaii, where she was able to show off her talent. Barbizon taught her the ins and outs on how to be a successful young lady in the modeling and acting industry.

She graduated from The School of Barbizon in 2015 and was selected to go to Hollywood to be apart of the showcase for acting, modeling, and dancing . This showcase allowed her to build her confidence and communication skills. She was able to meet different agents whom was interested In the talent she pursed at the showcase.

Artist Statement

Quanasia used to always wonder what she wanted to be in life. This young lady is a powerful, intelligent black and beautiful young lady, who is willing to put in the hard work and dedication to become an actor. When everything crumbles into pieces, it is hard to motivate yourself to keep progressing. She then starts to think as if she is too weak to even fight any longer to strive and become the individual who she is capable to be. The confidence level is in her but it is her job to show that she is fit to become an actress. Quanasia is willing to keep fighting and running towards her goal. Without a fight there is no effort, and without any effort there is nothing. Being the adaptive individual that she is, shows that she is ready to be in the acting field. Her dream was to always become an actor and be in Hollywood making movies, but then she tends to ask herself is that just a fantasy? Fantasy consists of false dreams. She wants her dreams to be achieve with the support system that she has. Her dreams will be achieved; however, it can be accomplished by allowing her to take any risks and challenging obstacles to get her to where she would want to be at in life. Being in the field of Theatre and Preforming Arts allows the individual to live freely and show her creative side without being judged. The emotions this person tends to holds back can be used. Having a determined mindset will allow the individual to accomplish anything in life. Theatre allows the individual to be able to experience an imagined event that shows her dramatic movements, as well as her creativity.
